Identity verification

Verification connects the account holder to submitted identity information and documents. Status can remain pending while records are reviewed, and additional information may be requested when details are incomplete or inconsistent.

Account safeguards

• Use a unique password and protect recovery access.
• Enable authenticator-based multi-factor authentication.
• Review recorded password, MFA, legal, currency, and session-control events.
• Revoke other refresh sessions when access is uncertain.
• Report suspected unauthorized activity promptly.

Honest session visibility

The Sessions page can verify the current browser and revoke current, other, or all refresh access. It does not invent a list of device names or locations because the authentication provider does not expose that inventory.
