5 minGeneral information, not personal advice
01

Market orders

A market order requests execution near the currently available price. Fast markets can move between quote creation and execution, so the locked price can differ from the initial reference.

02

Limit orders

A limit order waits for its trigger condition. Reaching a trigger does not guarantee a fill if the market gaps, liquidity is unavailable, or account risk requirements are no longer met.

03

Review before submission

  • Instrument and buy or sell direction
  • Investment amount, leverage, and resulting exposure
  • Reference price, locked or trigger price, and fee estimate
  • Quote expiry and whether the order will remain pending
  • Stop-loss and take-profit settings where available
